This policy describes how Credeo, LLC ("Credeo," "we") handles your information when you use the Credeo website and daily email service.
What you give us: your email address, delivery preferences (time, translation), and — optionally — the life season you tell us you're in. If you reply to an email, we receive your reply.
What's collected automatically: standard email engagement data (opens, link clicks) and website analytics (pages visited) via our email and analytics provider.
To deliver your daily verse, personalize the application section to your season, improve the Service, and understand what's working. That's it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your reading habits, your season, or your replies with anyone. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
We use Customer.io to manage subscriptions and send email, and Vercel to host the website. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email — delivery stops immediately. To have your data deleted entirely, reply to any Credeo email or write to daily@credeo.com and we'll remove your profile.
We keep subscriber profiles while you're subscribed and delete them upon request. Unsubscribed addresses are retained only as suppression records so we don't email you again.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the effective date above. Questions: daily@credeo.com.
